The cakes we have ordered here have been very good As with a lot of things they are very overpriced and I wish they had a rewards program for loyal customers With that being said u won't be disappointed by the helpful friendly staff and great cake
The perfect wedding cake!! Freedom Bakery was fantastic to work with for our wedding. They executed our vision perfectly. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was so delicious. We kept hearing compliments throughout the evening. I'm lactose intolerant. I really appreciated that they accommodated the bottom layer of the cake, so it was dairy free. It was so tasty that no one even noticed the difference. From the initial meeting with Paul and working with Tania along the way, the Freedom Bakery team was communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with them for any event or even if you're visiting and craving a sweet dessert in the area. Thank you so much for making our wedding cake dreams come true!
Beautiful cake for my daughter's 1st birthday party! It was a big hit at the party. Reasonable price and tastes amazing! We always love the Boston cream pie flavor. Freedom bakery is our go to for all occasions.
It was literally the tastiest cake I've ever had. No joke. I ordered my birthday cake in late May of 2024. I let was vanilla cake with vanilla custard filling. As a pudding lover, I REALLY liked the filling. Not too sweet and just the perfect texture. It also digested VERY well (even after I had some leftovers while high at 1am) for me. I have IBS so I usually avoid frosting. But it was my first birthday as a trans person with my new name...I REALLY wanted to see it on a cake. Something about that was just so .... justifying. It was also what I had for dessert after my first meal...after a post-ER visit (for IBS/nausea). I didn't eat anything for a week and I was scared the sushi (at Kuma Sushi in Monterey) and cake wouldn't work...but it all worked out! Both the cake and sushi was fresh! My friends also said that the cake was the best they had in years...they keep asking if I will use this bakery again. And I DEFINITELY will! I ordered a Boston cream pie for the next dinner party. I'm more excited for the cake than the dinner. The service and price was also out of this world. Even though I was indecisive when I called, they were very patient with me. And they did a good job of explaining their options.

Freedom Bakery's Hawaiian Delight has been our preferred cake flavor and cake spot since their location on Freedom Blvd! The service is always great, they execute ideas nicely, and are always on time with delivery. Walking into their shop you're greeted by their nice staff and the aroma of their sweet treats. Their eclairs and photo cookies are the best.
Another hidden gem. Glad I offered to drop a friend off in the area. The shortbread cookies are outstanding. The customer service was friendly and approachable. I enjoyed viewing all the sugary wonderfulness on the walls. It's the best small brick and mortar I've seen in a minute, it did not disappoint. Thank you
They made an amazing custom engagement cake according to the inspo pics and executed it perfectly. Were also very willing to make pick up easier because of unexpected delays! Will order more from them!
